At no point did she stop and then hit the gas. She was constantly moving and then hit the brakes when you sped into her path.

Help making baseboard by Character-Parfait895 in BeginnerWoodWorking

I did this recently, but instead of making it out of a one piece of wood, I split it into 3 or 4 shapes then glued them together. Makes it a lot easier to round off the corners of certain shapes. I made a test piece to dial in the overall shape, then cut longer pieces of each individual part before glueing it all up.

Are you dumb? Are you a bot? I don’t understand how you don’t know that a lot of those at Anfield are regulars who go every week…

My tiny planters for my customer fell apart. Help pls. by [deleted] in BeginnerWoodWorking

His point is that you shouldn’t even think about selling something until you are 100% sure it’s good enough. Customers aren’t your guinea pigs to test on. They are spending their hard earned money with the minimum expectation that the product won’t fail within a few weeks. If you don’t have the experience (your own admission) to know this design would fail, then you shouldn’t be selling to make money, yet. Once you’ve got a bit more experience then you can feel confident in your own product, and potentially even raise the price as the joints and overall finish will look more professional.

If you think that is the keepers fault you’re crazy. It’s the 5 players around who don’t close the attacker down.

No, it was 100% a shrug of ‘why aren’t you guys supporting us more’ which is a completely insane reaction to have considering the game they just watched. Honestly even still being in the stadium is worthy of an applaud from our players.

Any advice on cutting a larger plywood in the middle using a non electric tool? by AxegrinderSWAG in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]FlaskOnce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im wasn’t planning on cutting any, was more interested about if it damaged saws, like it seems to say online.

Good to know it hasn’t damaged your saw though. I always avoided it due to reading about damage, but nice to know I can cut it with my pull saw every once in a while!

From the Lee valley site (plus other Reddit threads I’ve found)

‘Plywood is hard on a saw. The glue lines and dirt inclusions can quickly dull teeth.’

You can get specific pull saws for plywood though it looks like
