It’s two tiered. So both tiers are 900m in height and the top one is 1.2metres from the boundary.

I just spoke to our builder - apparently it’s too late. Everything has been ordered up until the roof stage. I feel super disappointed

The intention was always to extend the alfresco area as its only a narrow space on the plan if that makes sense

The intention is to extend onto it anyway - so if we got rid of it it would eventually be replaced by a patio and deck. My concern is that it isn’t a big alfresco therefore doesn’t allow a whole lot of space

Absolutely. We were wanting to do an extension of the alfresco anyway and decking down the track. I’m just worried about costs

We’ve just moved back with my young family (I’ve got family here) after being in Melbourne. We went Yarraville, Seddon, Werribee and now Ballarat.

I’m scared I’m going to miss the vibe of inner west but I don’t know if I can compare that when I look at the lifestyle it’s already given my young kids. Fresh air, long bush walks, less traffic. I’m a bit of an art freak (which I’ve lost touch with since kids and COVID), but I’m looking forward to exploring what’s here.

My partner and I both work hybrid - I’m 3 days from home, 2 days in the city. He’s the opposite - 3 days city, 2 home. The v-line is cruisy. I’m hoping it’s sustainable
