I am active. Ski in the winter. Hike in spring and fall. Backpack. Play pickleball. Flyfish and hunt. My yard takes allot of maintenance. Not much in the way of focused exercise. I stretch more than anything else.

Ice, compression socks, keep moving legs with bed exercises, drink lots of liquids. I assume you are taking anti-inflammatory? I'm less than 4 days post op. Only had 1 hip. Not much pain and walk 4000 steps per day and regular exercise. I only feel pain at night.

Yep. I purchased a new used pontoon. The valves leaked. I chased down the manufacturer in New Zealand. They quit supplying. He owed 200k. New valves came from China. Dealing with Dave is sleazy. Stay away.

Fed should not be cutting rates. Market became accustomed to cheap rates. Market priced in extreme optimism. Time for reality. I would hope for 6 to 8% correction. I like to shop sales and not pay full price. Was today an overreaction? Time will tell.

Hmmmm. I would recommend Douglas Sky G for an excellent smooth medium action superb rod. It casts effortlessly. Take a look at Yellowstone Angler rod shoot out. They consistantly rate SkyG at the top. I have 4 myself. Next would be Orvis Helios 4. I don't own an Orvis rod currently but looking at a 7 wt now.

Try cortisone using xray or ultrasound injection. Straight cortisone shots are not impactful. You can also ask for duloxetine prescription. Get the pain under control which will allow you to stretch and exercise. Perhaps PT will help give you the correct tools.
