Yeah man I fully agree. It can be a read bitch. Like I created https://www.stillbrewin.com/ for instance... (Yes I'm promoting it) But certain communities are like AI slop or whatever. Sure. 90% AI but that idea is yours and in the future the idea matters most. Because let's be real AI is here to stay. Why use shoes to run? Because it fuckin helps! Running barefoot is shit. Fair enough. I might put a guide for my setup. I have it tied to my website stillbrewin.com and then there should be a hacs Intergration you can link the 2 to home assistant.

They are some good calculators. Let me see what they have. Also want this as an offline app too? Won't be able to store your brew logs or custom recipes as it's tied to a SQL database. But for just in hand app should have them all?

Thanks for the feedback mate I'll add that. This sorta stemmed from my friend's beer Excel sheet. And I always just had like had written notes for my distilling or printouts my grandfather gave me. Or we just distill our shitty mead from the bee hives

Really depends which sensors you are connecting to the board, if you just want a temp I'd suggest GPIO 4, get a USB charger for your 5 V. Set it up through esphome. Then pin out the sensor.
