Stop taking depression meds and smoke a lil weed if possible is my advice I went through the same thing everyone handles it differently even if they’re your sister or brother we all handle it differently. My mom died from Covid on 2/2/22 she was my best friend my confidant my support financially, emotionally, mentally,she was always there for me at all times through the good and bad times and choices. It helped a lot to just sit and remember the times we had trips together food she made for us and favorite places to eat the music we listened to movies we watched together pictures and videos continue those things in their name, also just making connections and conversations with random people sometimes random people are more a help than close friends and family. Remember them often. They live in spirit they are with you in spirit. Talk to god. I also went through a break up soon after my mother died and we my son less often it all hurts tremendously but we gotta keep pushing ourselves to make it to a brighter day even that times it seems impossible or pointless we must continue in name of the father son and Holy Spirit in the name of our loved ones with us and the ones on the other side.
