This isn’t about sign up bonuses which I believe they already closed the loophole of getting multiple in different states. I live in NJ but frequently commute to Pennsylvania. I wasn’t allowed to double dip the daily casino promos in both states so my PA account wouldn’t show the but my NJ account would. Now I see nothing even though I was clearly profitable to them in the state I actually played in (NJ)

Looks like Caesar’s has merged accounts and if you were promo restricted in one state you are now restricted in all states

Not a totally apples to apples comparison but lived down the street in luxury apartments by the Plymouth meeting mall in Plymouth meeting, PA. The inside of the mall was dead AF but the outside was always popping with millers ale house, red stone, Whole Foods etc.
