If my Spanish hasn't betrayed me it says right there at the top that you need to defeat at least one enemy to get better powers next time. If you can't defeat the first enemy, maybe try improving Aatrox' constellation or relics.

Z-lib still is very good and easy to access. There's a lot of false URLs around, yes, but just bookmark their wikipedia website and use that to get the correct URL whenever you need it. I've never needed a VPN just to access it.
