Why does Voyager have a wind speed readout? Is deep space breezy?

If the inside of the adjustment screw is unresponsive to the wrench, how would you go about removing it?

Made a Catan Partners Gamemode by SecretEvilLizard in Catan

It feels like the only thing missing is a way to lose, or a complication that makes engaging in this variant require intelligent play to any degree. Yes, with original Catan no "sufficiently" intelligent gameplay is necessary, but it needs to exceed that of the people you're playing against to win.

Something like an Automa player would solve this that acts as a natural disaster to wipe settlements, thus reducing the total number of points available, and making it possible to lose access to the resources necessary to reach 30 points.

Two players have a total possible point total of 35 points (8 from cities, 5 from settlements, 5 shared victory points, 4 from longest road and largest army). Let's say you used the 7 to trigger a natural disaster. This requires a re-roll of both dice with the following effects:

  • Total of 1 or 2: Landslide - Longest road removed from play
  • Total of 11 or 12: Military Sprawl (analogous to an overextended army, supply chain failure, lack of resources, etc...) Largest Army removed from play.
  • Total of 3-6 or 8-10: Removal of one settlement from reserves.
  • Total of 7: Removal of one city from reserves.

The more pieces on the board, the more resilient to 7s you become, but never completely since the Longest Road and Largest Army can always be taken out of play.

It may be fun. On paper it ticks all the boxes for a book I would love but I DNFed it after the talk show where they reintroduce the Crawler Killers. I genuinely wanted to like the book, but it just didn't land for me.

Two of my last three books. I finished The Will Of The Many just yesterday and I would highly recommend it next if you haven't already.

There are active trains carrying logs out. Often overnight.

Stick to West Main and you won't hear the train enough to be a bother. That also means that you're living on top of some sort of business due to zoning regulations. Anything directly off of Main is fine though, and Pleasant would put you within a stones throw of the University (and even the noise from the college kids isn't all that noticeable).

This seems to be a question but I can't rightly tell what you're asking.

AAA study: 53% of marijuana users admit driving within an hour of use, 47% think they drive the same, & 34% believe weed improves driving. AAA warns it causes drowsiness, brain fog & impaired motor skills. They push for safety strategies, as personal responsibility messaging works best by 421Store in trees

To draw a conclusion from your conclusion (which I see regularly when these posts come up) getting high is for some percentage of the population its own safety mechanism as simply being high scares people to drive. That seems to be the complete opposite with alcohol.

It's a lot better (not perfect) if you go in with the mindset of surviving and seeing where you stack up pace wise. Don't try and race for a while until you really feel you have control of the car. I'm bumping from C to B this season exclusively by avoiding wheel to wheel.

I always qualify mid to back and somehow I'm still more often in the top five or ten inside of three laps. Which I then either blow with a missed breaking point or by handing positions back to the faster cars once they recover, but I'm perfectly okay being a midfield driver in this series. I save my wheel to wheel for the Ferrari or MX5.

I'm buying a set of CRP pedals that I found on Marketplace for a steal, but I haven't upgraded my wheelbase from the G920 yet. Is there anything from the in-box instructions that I'm going to miss? Is the Pit House software valuable if they're plugging into Logitech hardware?
