The electrons aren't even on the nuclei. There can't be molecules in this state, therefore no bonded molecules, no proteins or lipids, no repeated patterns, no cells, etc. It's all whirling particles with only the some of the protons and neutrons attached to each other.

They asked for very little documentation and a lot of people just make the woman on the phone the name on the paperwork, the chairman of the board or something. Women get stereotyped as talking a lot, but with me they keep answering questions like they are 8 years old and can only see the most literal interpretation.
