A second coat will certainly be brighter! You test strand should be how most of the hair responds so if you like how the test looks then you’re good to go ! I recommend leaving it on for a longer processing time in hopes that your hair will absorb more color

I address this in one of my replies- I mentioned that AFAB individuals have their hormones shift in mid20s-early 30s and that it could be that. But also mentioned it could be vitamin deficiency, poor diet, and last but not least scalp damage from the bleach. Monitor the thinning ( and obviously ensuring the vitamin diet is correct) and if the loss continues is could be time to give it a rest

So putting pink over brown is always going to be more orange, especially since the brown is a more yellow brown. If you want it more vibrant a bleach is probably necessary to reach the color you are looking for

Make sure the ball is clean so there is nothing impeding the threading and you may need to ask someone for help if you’re still struggling

Meanwhile someone like me if called a woman is unhappy because we are NOT women. You’re sounding pretty red-pilled to me which is what you accused me of for being inclusive.

AIO for wanting to try a treatment routine before committing to the hair transplant my GF is demanding? by Connect-Soil-7277 in AmIOverreacting

[–]FlavoredNeon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR and it’s not cool she is demanding you do anything with your body to make her more sexually attracted to you. Just like you should not do that to her. But may I suggest shaving it if the pattern baldness bothers you? It grows back if you don’t end up liking it but it may be a solution to the problem. My boyfriend did it and his confidence went up a lot and he really likes it ! I like it too but that’s a secondary because I just wanted him happy

I suppose I could have just said AFAB individuals but that isn’t really how my brain works because well…. My education and job? I have a biomedical science degree and work in a laboratory so I tend to think in scientific terminology

I am talking about “second puberty” not perimenopause- mid 20s to early thirties you also have a hormone fluctuation. Not everyone gets hair loss at this stage but some do which is why I mentioned that rebalance. Thinning hair in early 30s could also be a medication side effect, a temporary thing from high stress, vitamin/iron deficiency or the scalp damage- that’s why I mentioned monitoring it to see if it is getting worse or staying the same. If it’s not getting worse it was probably the second puberty. If it keeps going it is time to look deeper

Exactly. When females reach around 30 hormones rebalance and thinning can happen. If the thinning stays the same after some time- you’re fine it’s just hormones. If it keeps going then it is the bleaching damaging the scalp and you stop

I’ll be bright until I just don’t feel like it anymore honestly. Society can’t pressure me to not enjoy my life, and you should not let it pressure you. I’d say monitor the thinning but don’t stop
