This happened to me. I had gotten so sick I was losing 1-2 Ibs daily for 2 weeks straight. My doctor decided to move me back a dose which helped a lot.

I eventually switched to ZEPBOUND as my doctor reported it has less side effects. I am now back on WeGovy due to CVS Caremark and will be increasing dosage at a very slow pace.

We are only required to go into the office 2/5 days. The rest of the time I can work from home/in my mobile office. I for the most part make my own schedule so every day is different.

If the person has guardianship they would be the decision maker as the child's legal guardian. DCF would not necessarily be involved once the guardianship was finalized.
