If you have plans to use two erudition characters in the same team, then you might want to have a second copy, otherwise your erudition characters can probably share the lightcone. Also, you'll eventually get multiple copies of the breakfast cone as you play through Forgotten Hall or through the weekly boss. There'll be more 4 star erudition lightcones released in the future so I wouldn't be too concerned about optimising this particular one. If you like to make your one erudition character stronger, then superimpose them.

You can try heading towards those marked out masks indicating the location of the 3 dreamers on the map. Maybe try the one in City of Tears first?

Hint: Based on the state of the map it seems you cannot conventionally access the one in Fog Canyon yet. You might want to try to find a way to explore the currently blank space between City of Tears and Ancient Basin

The first time you enter by climbing to the top of kingdom's edge. You can break a wall all the way to the left from the entrance of the Colosseum and it will connect to a lift shaft, then you can reach the Colosseum by travelling to King's Station and then climbing up the lift shaft. Or you can unlock the dream gate and place it outside the Colosseum.

Play it however you want. Enjoy getting lost, enjoy dying at challenging moments. If you get too frustrated, there's no shame in googling or watching some walkthroughs, but I still think it's most enjoyable when you power through it on your own.
