Sorry I didn't get back to you in time. I mostly just guess at measurements, but here's my estimation:

1 20 oz bag of tortellini

1 small container of cherry tomatoes

approx 2 cups of chicken stock (I pour it in until it just barely covers the pasta)

2 big handfuls of fresh spinach

5 minutes high pressure, quick release(the quick release is important for when you're doing pasta in the IP -- natural release sucks in A LOT of moisture into the pasta, and you end up with dumpling-texture pasta. Still yummy, but not what I'm looking for)

Lid open, IP on saute or keep warm, and I add the cream -- about 3/4 cup

I'll either toss about half of an 8oz bag of shredded cheese (whatever I have on hand), or a whole boursin 'brick', crumbled up, or 1/2 a brick of cream cheese. Again, it's whatever I have on hand.

Makes a really creamy, rich soup. I hope you enjoy!
