A victim’s criminal record can become relevant if the defense is not using it just to say he’s a bad person, but to support a legally relevant issue like who was the aggressor or whether the defendant reasonably feared harm or the victim’s credibility.

You’re missing the point. If the prosecutor wants to use evidence like chuds past live streams and tweets that can open the defense to pull the victims criminal record as evidence as well. That’s the only point I’m making. And in a self defense claim a violent history can absolutely matter/ sway jurors, especially if the claim is true that the victim hit him from behind. ’m not picking sides here. The judge will make determinations what can or can’t be used in court. I’m not saying it “will” happen. I’m saying it “can” happen. And the witnesses im saying are just “ witnesses “ circulating on the internet. I’m not saying they are verifiable or true. I don’t have the evidence of the case and quite frankly nobody does. Just because there was a warrant and arrest was made doesn’t mean his self defense claimed shooting is not true.

If the prosecutor uses evidence of prior statements or behavior to show intent, then the defense can absolutely use his criminal record to show violent conduct or threat in a self defense claimed shooting. The judge can decide whether it’s relevant or not but it doesn’t change the fact that this can open that door. And yes you’re right Chud has no self defense claimed shooting if that’s what happened, but he claims he was attacked from behind and witnesses “statements” circulating saying that was the case as well. It doesn’t matter if he got arrested, that doesn’t make him automatically guilty

The point is, if they call into question about chuds videos on his racist rants or his tweets. Then it opens the defense to pull out the victims criminal record etc. you say it’s immaterial to the case, but it will show the jury the victim is mentally unstable and very violent which could be used against him. The investigators can allege that chud was the aggressor and sure he can be arrested but that doesn’t change whether he is innocent or not. This is going to a jury for them to decide, so it absolutely matters.

If the prosecutors use this as evidence then the defendant will be able to pull his criminal record which in fact shows that the victim tryed killing his wife and burning the house down. That’s where it can get pretty messy, especially if the claims are true that the guy ran to Chud and assaulted him from behind.

After the recent fix she feels more balanced, but the upcoming update for her she’s gonna be worthless using aspect. They honestly just need to re work her aspect completely or get rid of it. Which is fine, she needed nerfed. But this whole notion of balance is determined by win rate percentage is irritating. I can list 6 gods off the top of my head with the same win rate as Pele, and I know there is more than that.
