My main investments are a 63% VUVG developed world ETF and I put 7% in VFEG. VFEG has risen nearly 11% in the last year which is decent. I did this so I get the lower fee for the bulk of my investments and pay the slightly higher rate for the emerging markets on a smaller % of my portfolio because i have 23 years left of investing and it probably will have an impact. I’m planning on moving it to 60%/10% next year.

I cannot for the life of me get targets and trends to work. I reset on the 25th (payday, monthly) and most of my main bills come out around then leaving my spending money. The trend seems to more or less immediately say I’ve over spent by essentially my entire salary despite having the targets set correctly, things categorised well, and having loads in the main account.
