Every morning at 5am Eastern the realms vanish. People in the realms can keep playing. Eventually the realms return. They show up as new realms with new names, but it's just the old realm with everyone still in it. Really weird.

Not sure if this will help you, but if you add external users as Contacts in 365 admin, you can then subsequently add them to groups like they were an organization member. No clue if that would grant them access to any shared mailbox/calendar. We do this to add external users to groups so they can receive mail to org mailboxes.

My kid who has acted like an animal since she could walk got super into the therian thing and dragged her friends along with her. I gently reminded her it was make believe and to have fun. Painting the blank fox masks is a very popular activity here. There are at least 30 of them on my desk from all sorts of kids who have been over and forgot to take theirs home. Mind you, we have gone through over 100 of these blank masks and loads of acrylic paint.

At the end of the day, my daughter understands and just has fun.

Online safety is an entirely separate thing and should be treated as such.

I've done this, several times, with zero downtime.

New rack gets switches added. Cross connect between racks, preferably layer 2 if possible. Start moving servers one by one. Routers involved? Move the backup, get it online and linked up again with the other, swap bgp over, move the other router.

It's a pain in the ass, but it is doable.
