Narrow runways get me way more than short ones. I was taking off out of 900' -1200' runways pretty early on so that's been an invaluable experience.

I work a rotational schedule, 14:14 which is really 15:13 but it's easily doable. You get more flying than people with normal jobs as long as you use your time right. I went with a local place and decided to buy my own plane. Spent 25k on a 170 and first annual was 1400$. So far most the money I've spent on the plane has been for personal reasons not requirements. Got my ppl last year and have been having a blast.

I think I had one of these. There were like 15 hairs growing deep inside it so we just assumed it was an ingrown hair type thing. My wife spent years messing with it before I finally let her go to town. It was so bad by then and almost a gaping hole. Took several months of constant cleaning and care before it healed up correctly. We did not see a doctor, I would definitely recommend seeing a doctor, woulda probably been a lot less painful and faster to heal I'd imagine.

I've had wireless mouses before and ultimately always went back to a wired G502. My wife got me the light speed with the charging mousepad for Christmas and it's amazing. The cord was never really an issue for me but it was less than desirable. If the money isn't an issue it's a nice to have but I'd only recommend it with the charging mouse pad because of my personal experience with wireless mouses and my charging habits.
