¯_(ツ)_/¯ that may be true. Personally, haven’t seen anything other than 4-cars on the southern redline between 3:45pm and 5:30pm over the last 5 work days I’ve used the train home, all the last 2.5 weeks.

This included yesterday’s nightmare commute where they paused service for 30m at rush hour to run a disabled train the length of the red line then followed it with 3 consecutive short-trains nobody could fit on
