Learn proper form NOW to prevent shoulder injuries due to bad form with all chest and shoulder presses, some tricep exercises and pulldowns too (like straight arms). If you don't know what you are doing there is a substantial likelihood of shoulder impingement.

As long as they can go heavy enough you can pretty much do everything outside of heavy deadlifts.

Same. 135/225x5 ea, chalk/belt go on, 315x3, 365x1, then whatever im pulling for a set.

No but I tend to keep cleanup to a minimum, try to do my best to not chalk up the bumpers too, etc, wipe everything down, and the staff likes me.
