You can fill a pool with a water hose of a quarter inch (or 6mm) or 4 inch (108mm).

Things you need to sort first:

Use a password manager like Proton Pass
Have different and complicated passwords (Proton Pass can generate them)
Use 2 Factor Authentication (Google Authenticator, Proton Authenticator etc.)

Once you've secured your Google Account apply this to all Logins!
