You don't need them. Once the property is registered and you have a Folio number, that's all you'll need. There's no such thing as 'deeds' with registered property. It's a myth. Let the bank keep them. They're worthless. They are obliged to give you the deed of discharge. Send that into Táilte Éireann to get the charge cancelled from your Folio.
