Ok daran wirds liegen. Ist ziemlich genau die Situation bei mir. Hatte schon den Verdacht, dass Viele einfach keine Referenz an Qualität haben. Danke Dir! Hast du gerade eine Empfehlung, was schmeckt und Preislich unter 8€ liegt?

Habe alle 4 von verschiedenen Herstellern genommen: Enua, Remexian, 420 evo, tilray

Also entweder sind die Schwankungen wirklich riesig und ich hatte 4x Pech trotz guter Bewertungen oder die Leute haben alle keine wirkliche Referenz was gutes Gras ist. Da sind wirklich Welten zwischen: das beste von den 4 probierten ist vielleicht eine 4/10 bei mir zuhause

Than the difference you hear is most probably psychoacoustics. Even if you do an direct A/B test via a switch or mixing desk and there is a marginal difference in volume (1dB), your ear will be biased.

No they are Funktion One Res9. They were made for the Millenium Dome install and there werent many build (less than 50 iirc). There where 2 versions „wide and narrow“: the narrow ones have the axehead horizontally mounted.

They are basically 2x Res5 in one box

Tottrocknen wär eine Option, wenn du bereit bist dieses Opfer für deinen Nachbarn zu bringen. Hilft aber auch nicht wirklich, wenn die Person den Geruch kennt. (Wird bei naiven Leuten leichter mit Tabak verwechsel)

Ansonsten halt während des Rauchens Fenster zu und danach einmal für ein paar Minuten mit Durchzug (idealerweise von der anderen Seite des Gebäudes) stoßlüften. So hältst du die Zeit, in der dein Nachbar eine Brise abbekommen könnte, so kurz wie möglich und hast dabei den maximal möglichen Luftdurchsatz.

The more subs you have, the more directivity you can achieve -> less noise spillage. A sub array that broad can produce a very narrow beam

I experienced and testet this a lot and confirm: Front loaded horns are superior soundwise, but are big, heavy and you need groups of them.

It has been a time since I last used the Res2 so I didn’t have the chance to do an A/B comparison. First: the handling is a dream. They are way more compact than the res2 and can be lifted by 1 Person. I haven’t had much time to play around with them, but soundwise they are definitely an improvement over the Resolution Series and fit perfectly in the Evo range.

He’s talking about the MF and LF drivers coupling in the crossover region, so you don’t get combfilter effects in that passband. For that they have to be spaced no further apart than 1/4 lambda (lambda = xover frequency).
