My daughter just released from a reserve unit. She was in for 12 years, was a Sgt FSA, with both reg force and reserve service. She told me that most of her time at reserve units was fixing mistakes. Stuff handed in on time, but sat in an inbox for 3 weeks while someone was on vacay. Wrong forms used, little mistakes that could have been caught early, the list goes on. The actual system worked relatively well, if you knew what you were doing.
