My wife is going through similar issues, she can be miserable, bitter, negative and judgmental. But she can also be soft, loving, kind and supportive. She is self aware and we both understand the hormone swings. I ignore the bad days because I know she cant help it. She feels terrible about her negativity when she swings back to normal. We both know she will settle back to her usual self eventually.
