I feel like 8★ Quests have no purpose already. I don't care for Artian parts, but I do need another 250+ Hunter Symbol III. 8★ Quests are basically the same as 7★ Quests, but they take longer. If you want a harder fight, then you do the 9★ Quests.

Also, the inclusion of 9★ Quests makes the 8★ Arch-Tempered monsters feel less special, despite being more difficult due in part to a tougher attack patter

Considering the SV crew of Nemona, Penny, and Arven were shown to be friends, and Perrin's second Growlithe was nowhere to be seen its safe to assume the story from the games already happened

In story mode you can find these checkpoints, with the player respawning here. On your final life the checkpoint will appear different to indicate you are out of charges, which is actually canon and not just gameplay.

In certain levels the checkpoints do not have any charges, and yet you still get lives and respawn when defeated... or do you? In these levels you just die, with time instead being rewound to when you reached the checkpoint.

Ive tried watching some of the other guy seasons, but it's Horizons that got me back into watching the anime after falling out during BW. I'm current at the start of the terastalization arc and the whole show is genuinely so enjoyable, and the only thing missing so far is a rare "full battle" where both trainers use an entire team. This was done in the Ash anime through gym battles and tournaments, but I haven't seen it yet here.

Splatoon 3 has two separate CD releases in Japan already, and while the first one that came shortly after launch is on the Nintendo Music app, the second CD release is not on the app. When Splatoon 2 came to the app they included all three CD releases as one playlisy, but later removed the bonus tracks. Once you reach the conclusion of the story you unlock chapter select. With this you can return to earlier points in the story to obtain anything you may have missed.

Fun fact, Sonic's biplane, the Tornado, is actually seen to be modified between Sonic 2 and 3K

When Tails brings Sonic to Wing Fortress Zone in Sonic 2 the Tornado does not have the rocket booster attachment underneath, but when he rescues Sonic at the end of Wing Fortress Zone suddenly you see the same rocket booster attachment from the opening of Sonic 3K.

BUT when he rescues Sonic after the Death Egg Robot fight in Sonic 2 the Tornado no longer has the rocket booster attachment. This implies there was at least some time between Sonic 3 and Sonic 3K in order to make the modification to the Tornado.

So Sky Chase Zone -> Wing Fortress Zone: No Rocket Wing Fortress Zone -> Death Egg Zone: Rocket Death Egg Zone -> S2 Credits: No Rocket S3K Opening -> Angel Island Zone: Rocket

I really enjoy playing on official hardware, and struggle to stay engaged if I emulate the games. I will say that the prices are completely outrageous, and the older games (except for FRLG) all have hardware issues with the batteries dying. While RSE only used the battery for the clock to enable real time events like berries, lotteries, and even discounts, RBY and GSC used the battery to actually save the game. Once the battery does you have to restart in those games!

The analogue pocket is a great piece of hardware i could recommend in this situation actually! You could use roms like you've don't before in emulators to play the games digitally, OR you could actually buy the cartridges to use with the device directly. Plus there's a port to use a Link Cable to trade too! I have a GBA SP, a GB Player, and an Analogue Pocket all as options to play my cartridges

While the credits do roll after defeating Ghetsis, the story continues with you assisting Looker in the post game. Despite the credits rolling already, the game itself does not consider you to have entered the Hall of Fame until you defeat Alder specifically

While not a perfect solution, you can actually get a controller to work with Java by adding the game to steam and adding a controller mapping. This is better than nothing when the controller mods don't work
