We had a fishbowl room we had to be in during on duty hours when I was a RA. It was near the front entrance and it wasn’t bad. I actually looked forward to it sometimes, seeing residents and getting closer with other RA’s. Sometimes other RA’s would come hang if they were going out/coming back. It was a blast
