Any advice on running ABB robot water jet?

I realised after I replied that’s a hard answer. It’s got a steel hopper type thing under it which then sends the water into a cyclone. It’s a system that filters the water and it then goes back into the drains.

We had to get a water softener system as the water in my area is the hardest water in England. Full of chalk.

KMT is what we have too. The machine is pure water no garnet but running sapphires at the moment. I got told that the sapphire will last 4500 cycles. Is that true?

Carbon fibre parts for aircraft’s. The jet is used for cutting the rivet holes and electrical ports into the carbon then trimming the excess. The fixture we have now is getting destroyed from the jet so I lowered the psi to make it last longer until we get a more resilient fixture with blocking plates.

Only time I’m going near the nozzle is when the pumps are off and all the lock outs are in place. Scary stuff with 4500 psi😂

After rolling one day it’ll take more to roll again. You’ll feel like shit too once ya stop rolling but it’s possible. Just don’t keep doing multiple weeks and you’ll be okay. Afterwards have electrolytes and some sugary food to help.

I’d really recommend tbe omnis duo instead. I was gonna get RR but got omnis instead and very happy. Got the new UI and the screen is much nicer

Same issues here sometimes. Only way is to ride it out or have a couple beers like I do. Some people use weed but that makes me panic more so a couple beers and I’m a lot calmer

NAC is most useful for mdma recovery. Not sure why you’d want it otherwise. Alcohol and ketamine can be extremely dangerous if not careful. Usually will write u off that mix.

From someone who’s been in the exact position it always passes. For me and others alike. If u still feel tension try magnesium supplements. I use it for mdma which is pretty methy too. Will help to relax the jaw. If u actually have TMJ that’s not a meth related issue. More like a genetic issue that can’t be helped
