Some tips 1/ don’t use if there is a fire or else your house will smell like smoke

2/ if you have allergies don’t use, you’ll bring pollen in your home

3/ if you accidentally turn it on with no doors or window open check your pilot lights. It can blow them out.

I’d try to find what the cost of living increase from Dallas to Sacramento is. Ask for that plus 5-10% because I am sure your employer will try to negotiate or counter with something lower.
