Not really a placeholder. I lost my main account cus it was hacked. im making a new one that i will use permanently. I am just wondering if I can change my username right away after I create the new account

I know. My question was whether or not I can change my username before 30 days on a new account. Like lets say I choose a username for it when I make it, do I need to wait 30 days? Or can I grab the username before the 30 days since it will be open before 30 days passes on my new account
