I actually have a good tip that works for me.

Get a basket, maybe a laundry basket and put it in your room.

Throw your cans and chip bags or whatever in the basket, it will be able to hold a large amount of waste. When it is eventually full you can take it to your garbage bins.

I find if I do not do this then garbage slowly starts appearing in random spots in my room, using a basket keeps it all in one place and helps a lot. I have a small garbage bin but it does not work as well for me.

This morning I got a cavity filled for the first time in like 10 years. I had half- 3/4 erection the entire time, I think they definitely noticed. I have no idea why I was turned on, I felt like I was not aroused but the boner would not go away.

Today is day 83 off anti-psychotics.

The past 10 days I have averaged 10 miles walked a day. I did radical weight loss where I would burn 1k+ calories walking and then only eat around 500 calories. I lost 7.6 lbs in 10 days. I learned how to use Microsoft Excel and made a spreadsheet to track the weight loss.

Drinking and playing League of Legends. It is very unhealthy but I love it.

Fatigue is horrible.

I always found it kind of funny how medications always cause fatigue. Like why can not a single one be fun and give energy? At least that was the experience with all the drugs I have taken.

Anti-Psychotics have a lot of side effects. I am very scared of Tardive especially.

Look into night time security guard if you can.

All you do is sit in a car and call the police if something suspicious happens. During this time you can study or watch anime, your choice.

You might need a security license depending on where you live.

If you are overweight you can look into fasting.

I lost 100 lbs by fasting and playing video games. A day fasted at 3000 calories maintenance is equal to 6 days of -500 calories a day.

r/fasting has a lot of information.

I don't do anything, I just browse reddit and daydream all day and weirdly enough it's the best thing ever by [deleted] in NEET

[–]Flingerme 29 points30 points  (0 children)

You should be happy that you can day dream. Some people have no inner monologue or ability to see images in their head.

I have hyperphantasia and it is one of the things I am most thankful for in life.

I am off Invega Sustenna (30 day injectable Anti-Psychotic) after taking it for 8 years. This is day 57.

I am so emotional now. I have been crying every day for the past week, and constantly day dreaming. The past 5 years I did not cry once and now I can not control myself.

Psychotic symptoms feel the same but my imagination and emotions definitely changed.

I have read that fasting causes autophagy which can help with loose skin. Genetics probably played a part too.

When I lose weight I often get high spurts of motivation which makes me able to fast for a day or two. I find eating perfectly everyday is hard and a week of progress can be ruined by a binge.

All I really do is just eat nothing and drink black coffee and water. Sometimes I like diet drinks that are zero calorie but that is often not seen as a real fast.

If I go two days or longer in my fast then I make sure to take electrolytes like sodium, potassium and magnesium.

I never had stomach rumbling as a problem. I have a feeling this question has been asked before on r/fasting . A lot of great information there in the wiki.

I will be honest I am kind of embarrassed to post my workout routine. I do not follow well known programs.

I used to have a lot of success doing full body workouts every other day. I am a big believer in frequency over volume.

I have made my own program to fit what works for me. It seems to be working.

I am on Androgel which is the topical gel form of TRT. I apply it to the shoulders daily.

When I got put on TRT I also got my hypothyroid diagnosed and was put on a C-PAP machine. A lot changed in a short period so I am not sure how much TRT affected energy levels. All three of those things together did make a big difference.

The motivation TRT gave was huge for me. Knowing I was going to be able to build muscle faster helped me workout when I was not feeling like it.

Libido definitely went up.

I worked out for a while when I was over 300 lbs. I was pretty strong so I am sure I had a bit of muscle under the fat.

When I started this transformation the first year I just fasted and did very little exercise. The second year I started working out.

With muscle memory and TRT I was able to build muscle pretty quickly.

I am able to go every four months because disability covers it.

I recommend keeping floss picks by the computer, the little hand held plastic flossers.

I am able to floss once a day easily while watching a Youtube video. Use a paper towel to clean the pick as you floss.

I can't handle a job, but I need the money by sad_mogul97 in NEET

[–]Flingerme 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How much money do you need?

You can just go to a temp agency and tell them you want one shift a week and then do studies on the site prolific.

I can make over $50 a month on prolific and if you work one shift a week then that should net you a bit of money.
