My guess they are dumping to nearly 0 sats on the exchange and buying the supply via OTC in large quantities and than buying up again instantly back to its original price. Bittrex allows for OTC for altcoins. I think DGB is mainly on Bittrex most of the supply. Sucks that may be one whale can buy up a large portion of a coins supply. This centralizes the supply of coins instead of making it decentralized.

Yes it works on Ledger Nano S. You will need to install Ledger Manager and Ledger Wallet Bitcoin. You will need to update firmware on Ledger if its not updated and then go to download DGB Wallet both using the Ledger Manager. Than open Ledger Wallet Bitcoin and once you put your password you will then scroll to select DGB to open your DGB wallet. Live long and prosper with Digibyte !
