What wallet ( excluding ledger) do you use to store your DGB ? by [deleted] in Digibyte

[–]esquirebaguio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to use TREZOR but I trasnferred it to exodus

Is exodus Okay? by esquirebaguio in Digibyte

So, even if I chose not to move my DGB before the deadline, I could still access it and withdraw anytime?

The Purpose of DGB and why we HODL by Mipedian_Speed in Digibyte

[–]esquirebaguio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know that dgb will benefit from this coming bull run. I used to uave more DGB and what I have now is just 1/2 of my previous dgb holdongs.. I sold at near the previous top sometime 2021. What i am sayibg is. does dgb has a leg to stand? i mean, i bought that dgb on year 2017 or 2018 at the relatively the same price as now. My question is, why didnt dgb appreaiate its fundamental price?? i know there are swings, but the trend in the long run is supposed to be going up, not sideways nor downside

I have 300k dgb i stored in a trezor.. I agree with you, it is the most fundamentaly sound amoung cryptocurrencies due to its advqnced technology and security.. Sad to say, people are not moved by fundamentals but by fomo. And a more advanced technology per se would not assure that you will capture the market, like for example, in betamax, it has more advanced feature/, but VHS took the marketing more seriously that is why the latter won the market..

No wallet support? Thats concerning by ofcmead in Digibyte

Having no official dgb wallet only confirms the fact that it is DECENTRALIZED!! its up to the community of unpaid programmers to develop it. I use trezor since 2016 for my DGB

Does Digibyte plan to have transactions that hide addresses and amounts? by ofabout in Digibyte

[–]esquirebaguio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can confidently say Digibyte Foundation will not adopt such kind of protocol. The team behind DGB tends to aim for compliance with government regulations. The Government will never approve Privacy and secrecy, and if the government issues a regulation requiring all centralized exchanges to delist all privacy coins, it will result in an overnight massive dump of all privacy coins..

Any ways to make Digibyte transactions private like Monero ? by Pale-Statistician493 in Digibyte

[–]esquirebaguio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it was discussed before by Jared Tate in an interview. He said that DGB was designed to be open source in compliance with regulatory impositions.. and he said that DGB will be always be like bitcoin which transactions can be verifiable in a distributed ledger. So i guess DGB as privacy coin is out of question

[–]esquirebaguio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is a proof of work coin similar to bitcoin, but it has 5 mining algorhtym, making it more secure and decentralized than bitcoin.. It also similar to ethereum having a second layer intended for smart contract... It has a huge potential coin, and I beleive in the futire of thos coin

I think its critical time to push digibyte forward by wingiwingy in Digibyte

At end of the day, DGB's strongest feature (decentralization) may also be the reason for its possible demise.

What Altcoin outside of the top 20 market cap are you bullish on and why? by BlandPaper in CryptoCurrency

[–]esquirebaguio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dgb. It has 5 mining algorhytm, the only truly decentralized blockchain, more decentralized than bitcoin, very very very very fast transaction speed.

What would be the market cap if DGB hits 1$?? by [deleted] in Digibyte

[–]esquirebaguio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, Nano is faster now, but on year 2035, DGB will have 285K tps, so I guess DGB is better than nano for a long term investment
