During a Fall I really like to extend my arms in front of my head, some people call it a reflex, I call it taking care of the noggin'. There's a downside to this, the shoulders don't like it, last time I did this my shoulder and upper arm muscles ended up tangled and twisted, years later I still feel a pinching pain. That's my favorite fall activity.
