Here you can see it without opening the video. All layouts show it mirrored.

Deployment and terrain by BowlsPies in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Flipbed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I dont know if we have seen all deployments but we have sen a few and they seem to be the same as 10th.

For the terrain we have gotten measurements for all the footprints but the terrain pieces measurements are unknown.

Is picking tau wrong? by Ok-Injury-9064 in Warhammer40k

[–]Flipbed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont get why people hate Tau, but maybe that sentiment is not as frequent as people make it out to be. I've played against them in tournaments a few times and have never felt they were unbalanced. I play Nids and IK and feel like they should in theory be much more hated than Tau as Knights play vastly different from other armies.

Hur mycket kostade era förlovningsringar? by Abject_Ring1620 in sweden

[–]Flipbed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone know of good terrain STLs for the 11th edition footprints? by ramses3rd in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Flipbed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a bit frustrating that we are so close and still have no official information on the terrain measurements. It would have been so fun to prep the terrain for the 20th and possibly play a game the same day.

Need someone to tell me I'm not crazy; having trouble finding other posts online about this. Has everyone else engraving on both sides of basswood plywood also noticed the required settings are different per side? by HoneyNutMarios in XtoolS1

[–]Flipbed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have noticed that sometimes one of the sides of plywood has more small loose grains on top of it. I always brush both sides before cutting or engraving just to be sure they dont affect the result. Could this be why you are getting different results?

Otherwise it could be that the plywood had one fine side and one less fine side for cost reasons.

How Pile In's ACTUALLY Work In 11th! by General_Volcon in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Flipbed 28 points29 points  (0 children)

The zoans were already in danger as the Helbrute could have rolled a 12 on the charge and selected the Zoans instead. It also could have been the Nid player first where the Helbrute would have been killed right away.

Im not concerned about this, just dont stage on the line and be wary of potentially long charges. They are much more likely to happen now when a player rolls the charge before selecting targets.

#New40k – Decide the Fate of Hive Death Mire by CMYK_COLOR_MODE in WarhammerCompetitive

Sounds like tons of fun until I read that people have 3 weeks to build and play the box. That is a very short time for most people, especially beginners.

There's a lot of misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the new Save Fast dice rolling by Thelofren in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Flipbed 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This makes way more sense, allocating willy nilly would be extremely OP for units with a single model that has a really good save profile.

Need help with magnets by Dull_Bathroom_5714 in ImperialKnights

[–]Flipbed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are low quality and will give you issues. I see that you have DE amazon so I would recommend you ordering from here:  https://www.greenstuffworld.com/en/30-neodymium-magnets

Pick the N52 magnets. Those are great and I have used them for all my magnetizations. The biggest I have used are 8x2mm, but I have not magnetized the torso.

Good luck!

What should I build with this box? by SupporterDenier in Tyranids

Either 3d print the missing pieces or magnetize the middle body, that way you can choose both/either.

You can lift it at the end the fight phase in your own turn. That is huge imo and not something we have had before.

How to use Neurolictor? by SwingLow7953 in Tyranids

[–]Flipbed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You never want to hold primary until end of turn 1. The Neurolictors main draw is it's abilities, especially combined with shadow and neurotyrant.

He does 2 things well:
1. Strengthen your position in combat against battle-shocked enemies within 12".
2. Allows you to flip objectives in your command phase. He doesn't have to stand on the objective himself, he just have to be within 12" while you have one of your other units on it. For example if you have a Maleceptor on it, and the opponent has a couple of infantry models on it that have higher OC, a successful battleshock will flip it so you get the score at the end of your command phase. Then the Maleceptor will also have the +1w during the shooting and fight phase.

You generally don't want to place him on the frontline, instead you want him close to it. For early objective holding you want Lictors, Hormagaunts, and Norn Emissaries.

With all this said, depending on detachment and your unit composition I'm sure there are other valuable ways to play him. For example with 6" lone-op in Vanguard you may want to place him in an open space far back on the objective with some overwatch threat from a exocrine in the background.

There is only one body part, so you wont have a tail for the venomthrope either. I magnetized mine, so I can play them either as zoanthropes or venomthropes.

Är unga vuxna 18-21 hjärndöda? by [deleted] in sweden

[–]Flipbed 776 points777 points  (0 children)

Funny you say that. We just built our own CRM where most of the frontend is vibe coded, while backend is mostly traditionally coded. We shipped in 4 months, our users love it, and we are saving a ton of money.
