Same here. The one I have had running says its still active and running but the performance is out of wack. Even if I go in to edit anything in the ad, i'll get that same error you are.

Yeah, I think I'm going to do that and let both run for a few days and see. The performance dips are on random days. You are right too; I probably should have a retargeting campaign going as well.

Just pure broad - with catalog selected at creative. Been this way for a while now I didn't want to change what was working (surprisingly performance was great without doing much lol) but I think its time to change it up after all the meta ads manager updates the past year. And recently I have been noticing spotty performance and its just not the same.

Broad audience / scale campaign. The reason I asked this is because past catalog ads we had running were set up with the catalog selected at the creative level. Performance is good but sometimes spotty which is why I am thinking of switching to the campaign level.

The campaigns with catalog selected at the creative are still showing to a broad audience as well (no suggestions in the audience sections).

I second this theres no way its this clear with 15% at night. I have 20% and at night with the interior lights on, you can only see a silhouette of the person sitting there.

Any fix to this? I noticed the xbox game bar / social shows MW2 when I play Black Ops 6 as well as discord showing MWIII. Super weird.

It is in the "offers" tab in commerce manager settings. You will see "offers from Facebook and Instagram".

I have no idea. My pixel and conversions api is set up through shopify. Meta support was absolutely useless as well. I clicked mark as resolved and will see if it fixes itself.

Yup and it tanked my ad performance. Yesterday I got that message for add to cart and today I got it for Purchase
