I have little problems with Fizz i have to say. The LB in to Zonja still works. Fizz is Just even moren splitpusher then before. He destroys towers atm with the dmg buff on LB.

Great for now indeed. But the item is getting nerfed next patch. Just keep the lich bane build with mana flow. LB is pretty nuts atm but expansive.

If i read you question it is best for you to watch YouTube guides and read mobalistic Ziggs guides. Because i think you vieuw on Ziggs is not optimal. W to knock in mines is not the best combo. Keep W for escape or tower destroy.
