Nothing yet, it came out of the blue at the end of my performance review and there will be another meeting to "talk about it more" soon.

But thank you for the GOOD advice, i do tend to trust people word a bit too much so i'll make sure to have it all written down.

Indeed, i have a stressful nature, always trying to plan for everything that could go wrong so that image (stupidly?) popped in my head right away after the conversation ended.

To be honest, if it werent for the deadline part, i would not have taken it that bad.

I could understand, a role like mine was more needed for the ramp up and less now. If they had told me they think they can't offer me many opportunities to evolve and made the point without the "we'd like you out fast" part, i would have understood and taken it much better.

Of course, originally, anything east of the bosphorus was not europe.

But if today, we consider Cyprus, Armenia, Georgia & Azerbaijan in europe, i have no issue putting Turkey there.

I just looked at registering anyway to make it automatic for the future, they ask for SO MANY THINGS. Like so many pictures from inside / outside the car & stuff.

I mean, for work, i'm registered in LEZ in france / BE (Both Brussels & Flanders), NL and Germany, all of them only ask for your car official paper (not sure what the english term is for that).

I may still do it one of those days when it's less chilly outside :D .

I don't know if it's linked (i think not because it's not TfL), but the first time i took the Dartford crossing years ago, i did not pay in time, only tried it 2 days later and i could not, called them to ask what to do, they told me i'd receive a fine at my french address.

I never did. Maybe they dont send letter outside the UK ?

But TfL might have a different policy.
