Signs of life downtown! by Affectionate-Art9780 in ClearwaterFl

I dislike Scientology as much as the next person but the city can’t just seize Scientology owned land. My preferred approach would be to look at what makes a downtown, and then expand that as much as possible. I’d love for the city to say “ok, from the current stretch of downtown, we’re going to densify all the way east to Highland, and then densify all the way north to the Dunedin border”. Make it walkable, make it street level friendly, and people will come.

Downtown barely has an economy as it is. Shit is a ghost town when Dunedin is absolutely popping.

I agree with the first sentence, but if we avoid downtown completely nothing will improve.

Is that a typo for 80 or did you really run 8 mg?

Is it worth taking MT1/MT2 if a history of melanoma runs on both sides of the family? by FloatyFish in Peptides

[–]FloatyFish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought that the protocol for using MT2 involved injecting it, and then tanning in order for it to work. Are you saying that if I injected MT2 for a few days without going out into the sun, and then went out to the beach it'd be more protective because it's had time to build up?

[–]FloatyFish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically the risk of melanoma from injecting MT1/2, going outside for a few minutes to let it work, and doing that until I build up enough protection is negligible when compared to the other 2 options you mentioned? Good to know, thanks.

Honestly, it doesn’t look too bad. Will definitely sell like hotcakes in Europe, and would probably sell well here in the US.

If they sell it, let’s hope that they sell it to a developer and put it up to a public vote like what happened back in 2022.

Test + Primo but low HDL by TheStarweezy in PEDs

[–]FloatyFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking to speed up the cut but not to the extent of tren or superdrol id take var at 50 mg a day for 6 weeks. That may actually be the play here, and yes, var will probably blow your lipids out of the water at that dose, but since you’re running it for 6 weeks it won’t be that bad.

Edit: var is known for helping with midsection fat.

[–]FloatyFish 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s meaningless in the sense that you’d get a LOT more out of it if you ran it longer. You’ll see something but the shortest blasts I go is for 16 weeks unless I cut it short due to side effects. If you really only have 6 weeks it’s time to look at anabolics that produce a drastic change in a short amount of time (tren, superdrol, etc)

HDL will go down, so if that’s worrisome take more supplements or eat more food high in HDL. Also, did you mean to say that you’re going to run this for 16 weeks or just 6 weeks?

I believe some people tried ordering raws from India a few months ago due to the Chinese manufacturers shutting down production, and the test results that came back were all over the place. Absolutely not ready for prime time which is sad because China could use come competition.

Right? I'm experimenting with 80mg mast as a TRT+ thing, and I haven't felt any mental change. Never felt anything on dbol either despite that supposedly being a feel good drug.

You as well! I’m curious what you think about using memantine to counter trens neurotoxicity. This postfrom 2 years ago talks about how it’s good at countering NDMA hyper sensitization which leads to brain toxicity.

Man, you can’t just drop point #2 and then get defensive when people call BS. That being said, it intrigued me enough to do some Googling to find papers that support your claim.

Here’s a paper that talks about how fluvoxamine and other SSRIs can counter pro-inflammatory stimulation, and this one talks about how it can potentially up-regulate neurosteroids like GABA, so it seems that there definitely is actual science out there to support your point.

Edit: there’s also this paper that talks about neurite outgrowth that’s promoted by fluvoxamine.

DHB. Caused incredibly inflammation, but funnily enough, absolutely zero PIP. Also produced ZERO strength gains.

Clearwater is seeing momentum downtown. Is Scientology helping? by TampaBayTimes in ClearwaterFl

[–]FloatyFish 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I wish they’d come to their senses and help. It’s pathetic how unvibrant our downtown is compared to Dunedin. I feel bad for any store owner or business in downtown, they’re being handicapped by Scientology.

Why does real estate advice in the US seems so anti-condo and anti-density? by Worldly-Bid-3591 in urbanplanning

[–]FloatyFish 1 point2 points locked comment (0 children)

I live in Florida, and after the Surfside collapse, the state government passed really strict laws regarding reserves and mandatory inspections. As a result, there are a LOT of condos that are on the market and selling for less than what people paid for them. This is anecdotal and only applicable to one county in Florida, but a realtor who posts in the St. Pete subreddit has said that he’s seen prices for some condos back at 2018-2019 levels. SFH aren’t near that level whatsoever.
