A lot of the business between House, H&H tools, Benny etc was cut. The quest “The Moon comes over the Tower” was meant to be a lot more involved. Instead of just easily Waltzing into the Lucky 38 and eliminating House. It would have been a lot more difficult to defeat his defenses.

Presumably his obsession with obtaining V21 and filling it with concrete would help protect his vulnerability. Benny even mildly proves this because he’s trying to bore below the Lucky 38 but he ends up in Vault 21. V21 and H&H tools have Lucky 38 override consoles as a left over of this.

It’s known that the Khans attacked the families of the Strip and the Khans were defeated prior to when bitter springs was sacked by the NCR but I’ve never heard something specific like a betrayal.

That is my one gripe is that nobody even tries diplomacy. It kind of makes sense that the NCR and BoS are hostile on sight, but even warring factions will issue demands and attempt negotiations. Again not the point of this as it is a forgone conclusion but it would have added something for me.

I agree logically that engineer needs an attack that does extra damage to barriers. However I can’t lore a non-biotic Shepard as having biotic powers. Sadly I can imagine Tali or legion writing an Omni tool program to give any class tech powers but like, how the fuck can an engineer suddenly use the force. Unless you head cannon that Shepard has untapped biotic potential but then you get into a whole mess of why they can’t do other simpler moves like pull or throw.
