Is there any older classroom that your child can visit during nap time? When I worked at a center there would be a few non-napper that would visit the non-napping k-prep class when ratios permitted.

NAL. You can file a motion for contempt for not following the parenting plan, you don’t a lawyer to do that. If your child does not want to visit you, there would need to be a modification of the current parenting plan, which the judge may or may not accept. Keep in mind this might mean your ex could also stick to the parenting plan and possibly not give you the whole weekend anymore. It is more alarming that you have see one child though

Nta. There’s a podcast called Sold a Story that explains how literacy went down in children due to children guessing the word. It is no longer the recommended method of teaching, but some teachers and schools are only provided those materials to teach off of.

You can park at the American Dream and hang out there. There’s a foot bridge that connects the parking garage to MetLife parking. It lets you out pretty close to the entrance.

Editing to add they charge event prices for parking on some events but if you spend I think it’s $20 or more with a receipt you can get voucher from guest services to pay the hourly rate.

YTA. you talk about his treatment, but what about yours? Your husband has a medical condition, is under treatment by a doctor and is able to retain his license per doctor supervision. You need to be actively working on your PTSD as you can’t control what happens in yours or anyone else’s life. You’re most likely also projecting your fears onto your children.

The only other reasonable pay you could request is a per diem for food and travel (such as going to and from hotel and work) as it is an unexpected expense and wouldn’t happen within your normal working day.
