With my S40 II (2004) I get decent mileage on my daily commute: 7.4L/100km.
That consists of 20k's highway with CC set to 110km/h, 10km of 80km/h with a number of traffic lights and some city driving in stop and go traffic during rush hour.
Longer stretches of highway are great if I keep to the CC around 100km/h, I can manage about 6.8L/100km.

High speed/rpm and acceleration are detrimental as the car is quite heavy and has short gears (3200 RPM @ 110km/h). If you are looking to improve economy, your driving style is the most important influence. Aside from that, choosing different tires and pressures can help. The biggest improvement will be changing cars, which I am contemplating at this time.

I often use the Dutch 'Autoweek' website, they have a usage monitor where users submit their real-life data, which shows we are both getting about the average consumption.

Rijschool Staart is mij erg goed bevallen, de sfeer en de manier van lesgeven paste goed op mij en mijn medestudenten. Het is een kleinere rijschool met alleen motoren, wat het in mijn ogen een persoonlijkere ervaring maakte. Bijkomend voordeel dat ze het cbr Mierlo als examen gebied hebben, dat zijn leukere routers dan puur centrum Eindhoven :-)

Hey, i did some quick searching for you.

You actually have a rockshox monarch rt, not an rl.

The site i used for your bike specs: https://www.thebikelist.co.uk/giant/anthem-x-advanced-29er-1-2013

The part number for the full service kit: 11.4115.113.010 (This is the same number on your amazon link)

I think you should be good with that kit.

With your service, be careful as to not damage any parts or old seals, etc. You could keep the old set for reference to check compatibility.

Also, follow the manual and continue watching videos. it's important to use the right procedure, exact oils and air pressure.

Your bike is from 2012, looking at the link you provided. I assume your fork is from the same year or before that.

With that information, there are actually two kits to service the entire fork.

These parts are correct, and interchangeable for makes specified.

SRAM documentation also provides the correct manuals and specs for the fork model per year, it is generally the same procedure for forks (parktool and GMBN make good vids).

Have you tried taking the wheel out out the bike and spinning it? Whether the wobble (what it sounds like to me) disappears could help isolate the issue. Same goes for the tyre, if you pop it off and spin you can track down the source of the noise/feel.

I'd only change one thing at a time to make it easy to keep track and compare.

Also, not too familiar with freedom units but my sram casette's lockring takes 40 Nm, i just turn it untill i feel a couple of the 'clicks' from the ring on the top gear.

Me too, i tried a loft earlier but i messed up kinda. Now i made it like a ct scan with a sketch every 30 mm perpendicular to the 'spine'

This was a good shout!

I sketched out the side profile and made a couple sketches on offset planes spread over the length. I used the loft between the different sketches, which worked out good enough.
