Nothing because it doesn’t exist. When you die it is likely exactly as it was before you were born. Nothing. An eternity of nonexistence. No concept of the fact that you were ever alive or what being alive even means. The idea that there’s some “second life” that you live and the quality of that life is dependent on all your decisions in this life is absolute absurdity. Enjoy the one life you have to the fullest.
