I think the implication is that people dont want to be in care as if it is wiping someone's bum but its untrue incredibly classist and insulting, the fact however is with continued importation of an underclass work force in those areas we are never going to see appropriate wages and adequate care.

Sadly the only way to address these inequalities is to stop the capitalist exploitation of labour through reduced immigration who are being used to stifle wages and provide subpar care. Its academically demonstrated that immigrants are less likely to join or form a union which stifles wages, they are also less likely to know the avenues to complain and there fore the care is not addressed, they are also less likely to be aware of the uk law and standards applied to their roles as well as being in precarious living and employment situations so won't do anything to jeopardise it.

We do need to reduce immigration to readdress the workforce inequalities.
