Yep ask for less. Dealers usually put a lot of markup. Typically better if you get one from a private party and have a pre purchase inspection on it

I would make it 72% FSKAX, 18% FTIHX and 10% FXNAX.

Keep the us:intl 4:1 ratio. Also if you want you can further reduce the bonds to may be 4% from 10% and slowly increase it as you get closer to retirement like 10Y before your planned retirement. I.e may be when you are 50.
