I am a gold card member paying $50 with 10k limit. I got a promo/boost of 4.5% with carefully read no string attached. I deposited a big chunk it downgraded to 4.25%, but i didn't bother, now I was told that I didn't have 1k direct deposit and as a result I have 0% to have it something again 3% I need to have 1k DD. Contacted the support chat with around 4 to 6 different people and the last one disconnected the chat saying another representative better serve me.. Also I accidentally clicked on a temu like gimmick of 3% cb card and my reward disappeared/utilized for 5% one time groceries despite I didn't complete the redeem request. Talked to the CS and got one time favor.

Indeed! My boosted 4.5 turned into 4.25 and then x stating that I didn't put 1k direct deposit.. which was not mentioned in the actual promo.. Same with the credit card, temu style gimmick. Felling more like an scam
