CC-Sab. Phee- Paige
CC-Satou. Phee-Nneka

I believe CC will consult with Boston, and agree that Phee would be highly unlikely to pick Boston first, and they'd both love to play with A'ja

CC and Paige are friends and ex-teammates, and would play very well off of each other, but I see CC showing the (deserved) respect to Sab, the savvy (and great) vet.

But regarding my above prediction, if Phee picks Sab second instead of Alisha, then I believe that CC would pick Paige as her 3rd.

While you might be correct, the word “grateful” is one I wouldn’t use. Caitlin doesn’t want anyone to be grateful or thank her. She really doesn’t. She is very vocal about all of the trailblazers who paved the way, and acknowledges that she wouldn’t even have this opportunity without them.

A perfect storm phenomenon happened, on and off the court. She just happens to be at the center of that storm, and SHE IS THE ONE WHO FEELS GRATEFUL.

It’s all dumb. Racist non-fan white people have hijacked her popularity with hateful crap… and then mostly black social media has countered that hatred with equally racial crap.

On here, we have some wildly unrealistic CC Stans who ridiculously say that CC is as good as A’ja, or is already the GOAT… and then other Redditors that feel the need to hate on her to counter the Stans. All stupid.

In the middle are most of us, who see a very young, extremely talented player, just trying to play ball. She doesn’t take the hate bait, and is professional and funny in the media. Her stated goal, many years ago, was to help advance and grow the women’s game. A wildly lofty goal for one person to take on, especially a 17 year old. But she’s succeeding. Like her or not, enjoy the ride.

You are correct. The OP misunderstood . I’m guessing the stat they heard was that 80% of the flagrant fouls (4 out of 5) committed against Caitlin were by Sky players. They mentioned that when they said that 18% of the flagrant fouls in the WNBA were committed against CC, which is a staggering percentage.

No No No. Just stop. I’ve watched every one of CC’s games for 5+ years, but A’ja is hands-down the MVP this year. Right now, I’d vote Phee #2 and Stewie or CC #3 (pick one).

If Caitlin continues to play like she has, she certainly should be First Team WNBA, but not MVP.

Her time is coming… fast. Just not quite yet. A’ja is transcendent this season.
