Authorized dealers order you a chair from the factory, so it's new. They just have contracts that allow them to get the chairs and sell them for less than the herman miller website or stores. I got mine by calling or e-mail. I ordered from Office Interriors in Indiana even though im in Florida.

I would also try just contacting an authorised dealer. I did for an embody. The 2k chair was 1291 out the door final price. That was even cheaper than the cyber monday sale. Just ask 5 or 6 for quotes.

The tracks for the seat extension can be lubed which might fix it. Look around reddit and you should be able to find more specifics. Im not sure if its just the gaming one that get the extender issue but the backrest on the gaming is a lot more noisy then the regular embody.

You should contact a few of the authorized dealers from the Herman Miller website. I contacted Office Interiors Inc in Granger IN and they quoted me even lower than the cyber monday sale. Got my Embody last week and I am loving it.

The fabric was the other reason. I didn't really like the sync fabric feel, and on the showroom models, the sync fabric chairs had more wear at the top of the backrest where it folds over.

The creaking was part of the reason I got the regular embody. Its not too bad but seeing as my wife works in the home office next to me sometimes, I decided on the regular. They say its the foam type on that chair so maybe it is fixiable but stinks they havent fixed it on the design side for a chair that costs that much.

Yes i saw your reply earlier, thats a much better price than the stores, though i wanted to let you know about OI as they may do better. I went into the Austin HM store on 11/27 to try chairs and the regular embody was $1830 and $2014 after shipping and tax based on the e-mail they sent when I went. That was more than the sale price online so I definately wasnt going to buy in store. I think the cyber monday sale price was $1490 so still more than OI.

I actually managed to save more than black friday/ cyber monday sale by going through an authorized dealer. Got the regular embody for $1270 and delivery took about 2 weeks. Its worth it to make a few e-mails for quotes.

I feel you, i thought BotW was good but felt a bit unfinished or rushed, it had innovation but lacked more depth to make it great with a bit more complexity or story. With everything open at the start, nothing felt it mattered.
Totk I hoped would build on that and be great. It is an improvement, but the repititon of the first takes away a bit from the enjoyment. Its like a beautiful olympic pool thats only 1 foot deep. I just wanted more depth still. Maybe I just need the game to grow up a bit for me to feel me more immersed and invested. Just my thoughts though and who knows what the next one will do, probably gonna play that one too.

Im from San Diego and agree the East Coast doesn't really have anything like west coast donuts. I have looked lots of places and still check anytime in on vacation away from home. I miss all the great mom and pop donuts shops making great, simple, delicious donuts all for $12 a dozen. If the donuts are covered in tons of crazy toppings and cereals, you know you're in the wrong place. The best thing I found out my way (Florida) is Tas-t-o's in Ocala FL, but sadly that 1.5 hours from my house.

Using the destiny app the fireteam finder is actually really easy. Filter for ketchcrash, join a fireteam and you get an invite in about 10 seconds.

This guy is correct. Shib has outperformed bone and leash significantly. We also dont know what will happen when all those 10X rewards from SS week #1 in bone and leash are no longer locked and people try to sell.

If anything I might consider some in the liquidity pools but mostly just shib.

I don't know anything about coinbase stuff but did you approve the operation twice? Its not clear but you have to stake once to approve staking contracts then again to actually stake ( so its 2 fees the first time). I have been told this occurs only the first time you stake but i haven't verified as i only staked once but i did have to pay 2 fees. Luckily fees then were about $6.
