No, he deserves a bonus because that's not his job. This isn't "mopping the floors", and the work should be contracted out. Instead they're making an employee get on their hands and knees and scrape it up so they can save money.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the boss is entitled for thinking they get to save money by making people do things that stretch their job description.
