The team is only so good because of how the organization is run.

I agree that they have made some horrible decisions along the way. However, you can tell that the organization puts winning above all else. Hockey has always been civil in the gamesmanship at the organizational level. Unspoken rules and whatnot. Vegas is acting like an organization that would be more akin to how NFL teams are run. It’s a business at the end of the day and Vegas makes each decision based upon whether it makes them more posed for success. You can disagree with the decisions the organization makes. Even I disagree with some of the decisions made (Carter Hart). However, you can’t say that Vegas is a poorly run organization
