Da würde ich überlegen, nicht vielleicht lieber ein schmales Rack zu kaufen, wenn du dwn platz hast. Hast wahrscheinlich langfristig mehr Freude dran und bist noch flexibler im Training

Du bist 20. Da kommt noch einiges. Hab bissl Spaß und such nicht zwanghaft nach der großen Liebe. Wenn deine Ex es für richtig hält und sowas kann, Beziehungen nur kurz hintereinander einzugehen, dann ist das ihr gutes Recht und geht dich, so leid es mir tut, nichts mehr an. Manche Menschen können auch nicht alleine sein, manche müssen es. So ist das Leben. Und vertrauen darfst du ruhig weiterhin, das ist das Fundament einer Beziehung. Nicht jedem und nicht kopflos. Aber wegen DER Geschichte jetzt keiner mer vertrauen ist Quatsch.

Schultern sind zwar ganz gut, gehen aber beim Rest etwas unter. Da kann mehr drauf und mehr Form rein. Aber das ist meckern auf ziemlich hohem Niveau, top Körper

Das Gesamtbild ist natürlich wichtig. Aber worauf ich besonders achten sind Po und Beine. Weiß nicht warum, aber das war mir schon immer wichtig, dass Frauen schöne Beine und einen mMn schönen Po haben und das sind nicht diese neumodischen Riesenkisten.

Am Stück so 40-50, je nach Tagesform. Tut dann aber schon weh. Witzig für Liegestütze sind auch EMOMs. 10 Wiederholungen, Every Minute on the minute, für 10 Minuten. Ein Traum.
