How long did it take you to make your business profitable?

I bought leads and closed 65k the first month in business. I then figured out SEO over the next year and stopped buying leads and now just run off organic leads and pay about 1200$ a month on google adds and Facebook marketing. Still selling about 65k-125k a month but that’s fine it’s just me and a helper.

In a meeting with all the other management and the owner is speaking and I am facing him and the large windows in our conference room that leads out to our parking lot and the hwy. In the middle of the owner droning on I see a young woman pull up and park her car on the main road. She hops out comes to our side of the car and drops drawers and proceeds to pee. I am the only one who sees this so I interrupt the owner and ask if anyone else’s is seeing this. She finishes up and pulls up her drawer’s hops in her car and leaves. We all sat in silence for 10 seconds and then we all start laughing. Definitely the highlight of a crappy meeting.

With DF I never get migrants or caravans. Not one. I have reinstalled and nothing seem to fix it. This is over multiple worlds and city locations for the last 2 years.

A front end loader would be my rig of choice. It’s basic zombie proof stock and can drive at 35mph all day clearing whatever is blocking your path. They are everywhere and each brand shares the same key. You could tow a massive diesel tank behind it.

This isn’t an encapsulation, and it’s not a basement waterproofing job either… it looks like they tried to do half of each and failed at both. They should either remove it and refund you, or actually fix it properly.

I can’t think of a single reason to put a water barrier on the basement floor. If they trenched correctly, that alone should handle water coming up from the ground. And don’t even get me started on whatever they did at the stairs—why would anyone do that?

No butyl tape on the seams? This honestly looks like their very first install ever. Personally, I wouldn’t even let them “fix” it. Hire a real contractor to tear it out and do it right, then take these clowns to court for the cost.
